Nest has knowingly allowed access to my account for the past three months. In short my account was hacked, they changed the name to their name and changed the associated email address. I can no longer access my account and have been trying to get NEST to resolve the issue. The 800 number that they asked me to call -redirects all callers to chat. I have had 6 chat sessions, and been contacted by customer support all telling me they are looking into it. All the while I don't have access to my account which means someone has access to my cameras at home and work. Can't log in to shut down work AC units (5 units) and can't get into building to manually shut them off (building shut for Covid). All nest needs to do is verify the prior email address and change it back and it has literally taken me since Feb 20th and they still have not provided me with a means to get back into my account.
