I'm switching over to the Nest Hello from the Ring. Looking for something similar to this retrofit kit that Ring sells to cover the holes from that installation.

Its not just the screw holes I'm looking to cover up. There's also a hole that was dug into the wood that holds the wiring I'd like to hide behind such a backplate. That's hole is currently hidden by the wider Ring doorbell, but it would definitely show if I installed the Nest Hello over it.
I supposed I could fill it with wood filler, but I'd probably make a mess of it lol. Would be easier if I could throw some kind of plate over it.
Any ideas or recommendations would be appreciated.
