It's still a bit of a WIP. The missing section that's supposed to cover the plunger tube is going to be the same dark blue as the details.
Started with a Krylon dual paint primer in 'Hammered Metal' Black. When it dries, it's supposed to give it a beaten/hammered metal look that I actually like, even though it's hard to tell on the photo.
The details are Testoro Dark Blue enamel paint from my local hobby joint, finished with a like-branded clear lacquer top coat. I picked a lacquer coat vs acrylic because in my experience, acrylic clear coat tends to not last when something is handled frequently.
