Context; Ripped from a hotline miami 2 mod (Cold War Redux), the source provided a list of most of the songs used but this was absent and the only name given was "speed weed", and they haven't responded to my comments on the matter. I've done a few reverse song search things to unsurprisingly no avail. Might be a stretch but hopefully someone here recognizes it. Sounds very carpenter brut-ish, but unfortunately looking up "speed weed -carpenter brut(/pertubator/etc)" provides no such results.
