I’m 6’2 and over the last few years really let the body go, not with intention obviously. Working 60 plus hours a week, drinking heavily to cope with stress and not eating very well either… I saw 275 and realized how close I was to 300lbs and going into my mid 30s realized how bad that is. Now dropping most drinking, intermittent fasting, and somewhat eating better. My job typically has a fair amount of manual labor but will be adding weight training and some additional cardio in the next few weeks. This post is to ensure I stick to my goals and reflect on in the future for motivation. Really hope I won’t have loose skin issues… PS I am a grower 🤦♂️
