So....fairly experienced with nzxt products. My build was in a Meshify c but used a Kraken x62, three aer fans, two light strips, the hue , and the nzxt usb hub. Just recently got ahold of a new h500i for a pretty good price and decided to migrate my system. Moved everything over fine and booted up; only to find that my smart hub isn’t working. No led strip power, no fan power. Rerouted all of my fans to headers on my motherboard so I could go into CAM and see if maybe I needed an update or something. Alas, the smart hub wasn’t even recognized. Tried plugging the smart hub power cable into different cables to the psu, and no luck. Even tried plugging the usb cable into the hub, then into different USB ports on my motherboard with no luck. Does it sound like my smart hub is broken?
