In Shameless Yoga, attendees will start every session with intention and deeply listen in our bodies to where we might still be harboring or holding shame, fear, or whatever no longer aligns with us.
The instructor invites the flow of the postures and breathe together in union as a prayer and union of mind, body, and soul.
Every clothes-free yoga session will be a different flow for ascension and release in a safe, loving space.
