Hi good morning, I have been in constant worry sometimes about the things I say when meeting anyone new and even with friends I already have due to the constant fear of throwing others off or worry that whoever I’m talking to may as well feel how I’m feeling so I tend to shut people out and not tell anyone how I’m feeling. I just wanted some advice to feel more relaxed around my school mates as I try not to ask anyone too much questions that may raise their anxiety as idk what anyone’s been through. Any advice is welcome 🤍
