(NCAA 13)The stadium gets upgraded when you go up state??

I didn’t know this I hope 25 has this feature. 07 didn’t have this feature or like small detail.
I started off playing my uncles ps3 and NCAA 13 recently since my tv now can’t use my ps2 for my NCAA 07.
I started off as Rutgers which is 3 star and I’m now 5 star program after 3 years. I remember the stadium was so small only had like 20k ppl maybe and now the stadium is huge just outta no where I was in shock and awe. Like that detail is awesome.
