Now that we have our new mods and there is considerably less #2 trolls, we as a team trying focus on improving the sub in other ways. As of now our main concern is subreddit's design and CSS. We have some ideas of our own which we are trying and see if some of it sticks. We also have no (literally 0) bots right now in place. Really want to commend Helena for taking care of sidebar manually. But that's going to change now, the main two bots I'm thinking about are one for the sidebar and other for PGTs and GTs.

I made this post to keep a transparency among the community about the changes we are trying to bring here and more importantly to receive some suggestion over how you think we can improve this community for ourselves. Is there any feature that you think we are missing, that other subs have and we don't, any bots you think might be helpful to elevate your experience here. Like if you have anything you want to suggest or criticise or anything else, just let me know in the comments below.
