Ok, am I crazy that on offline GM and League modes, noone ever gets hurt, like ever?

Is there a fix to this? Are other people seeing this too? As a blazers fan, I find it highly unlikely portland makes it thru an entire season unscathed, yet I've made it through two so far without even so much as a bruised knee.
