Too good to be true? 2007gt ~50,000 miles for 13k.

According to the seller, the only issue with the car is the hood which Iā€™d definitely replace if I buy it.

He said the frame is in good condition and the car hasnā€™t seen a winter, which is good if true as itā€™s in Erie. Iā€™m a couple hours away though so I havenā€™t been able to confirm this in person yet.

Aftermarket exhaust, cold air intake, and bama x4 tune are the list of ā€œmodsā€.

In my area, I see s197 mustangs in good working condition go for 17-22k around this mileage.

Tldr; does this price look to good to be true, because to me it does. Or is it the biggest steal Iā€™ve seen on my hunt? Is it even worth driving a couple hours to go check out?
