My dick has stopped working and I dunno what to do

Post Body

I've been on E for like a year and 3 months now and my dick just isn't working anymore and I don't know how to cum anymore. My sex life has been pretty active throughout my transition but something has changed over the past few weeks. I can't reach an orgasm anymore through the standard means (I can sometimes it's just very rare), and I've noticed I have that dark labia-shaped mark on my dick now, like bigtime. ED isn't the problem since I've got sildenafil, it's more just like my dick is numb.

I kinda need some advice or guidance or something. My partner isn't upset about me not cumming but I want to cum and I feel like I kind of owe it to him to cum, silly as that sounds. I've read Fucking Trans Women and the advice there doesn't seem to work for me, it says to focus on the head and that just gets insanely overstimulating really fast for me so it doesn't work. Vibrators don't work. I don't really even know what else to try. I mean obvs there's anal sex and all but like it'd be nice to figure out how to get my dick to work again since I'm gonna be stuck with it for a while longer.

Visit a urologist and let them know to rule out any infections or complications. As far as orgasms, welcome to the club. Start anal training and get to know your p spot. I usually rub my self like I'd rub a clit or have my partner do the same thing. Anal sex toys a are pretty amazing once you get use to using your back door. Hope anything I said is helpful.
