Examples of delegated responsibility may be a Diplomat for purposes of improving foreign relations, special sub-Diplomat nation-specific or organization-specific envoy or envoys, an official third party arbitrator in lieu of the Mayor acting in that capacity, or any other citizen who performs a specific and necessary task and that the mayor would appreciate official collaboration on.

ii. In accordance with A.i., these appointments must be approved by a majority (51%) of citizens in a popular vote, and may be recalled by the same.
