Post Body

Well if you pooftas don't wanna go full fascist how about we chuck a uey and gut the role of the mayor?

Current law states in Article 1, section A, 'Voting Eligibility and Registration':

v. Mayor as final arbiter in voter eligibility

a. In all disputes concerning voter eligibility that cannot be resolved by the judges, the Mayor is the final arbiter, with no opportunity for further appeal

b. If there are no Judges current appointed, the Mayor shall assume all duties of Judge as defined in Article I, Section A until Judges are appointed.

This proposal:

v. Public vote as a final solution to the voter eligibility question

a. In all disputes concerning voter eligibility that cannot be resolved by the judges, there shall be held a public vote to determine whether the cunt in question oughta be considered a top bloke and a citizen of this fine nation

b. If there are no judges current appointed, shit's fucked and we bloody well better get some boffin elected before we worry about which dickhead wants to become citizen.

c. If ya mongs still can't sort it cus some nuff reckons otherwise then take it outside, any softcock that refuses has their vote ruled null and void.
