We have current rail projects:
We are constructing a rail line to Gensokyo. The tunnel is dug, but needs to be widened and track needs to be placed. To get there, ride the Mt. Athos line through town and when it turns NW towards Mt. Athos, get out and walk to the SW.
We are constructing a rail line to ruin. It's basically straight north, so we're widening the Greenville tunnel on the left side. The tunnel is about 60% dug. To get there, ride the Greenville line to the north and watch the right side until it narrows.
We are constructing a rail line to Volterra. It's partially dug, and follows Peqtastic's Mt. Athos line on the left side until the Athos line turns north right before Athos. The new line will then diverge as it continues diagonally. We may be able to run it next to an old line I'm seeing on dev3map that goes east west between Athos area and what is now Volterra.
We are constructing an express line to Aquila to replace the current route which is poorly routed and maintained. It follows the Greenville tunnel north until a little bit after the bump, and then diverges to the right. It will have one stop in Sovia, and then continue directly to Aquila.
For all the new lines going in a westerly direction, we need to stack two more tunnels on top of the existing stacked tunnels through MTA. This is necessary to stay off private property, and the lines spread and run next to each other once they are outside of the city. The stacked tunnels should exactly mirror the tunnels below, except that a different colour wood is being used in the walls of each stacked tunnel.
