Route from Atlas Station to the International Rails Now Functional

It still needs work, but you can now ride from the center of MTA out to the rail station. Only the North side functions because someone changed all the local rails to "ride on left" which I'm actually okay with because that's how we did it in 2.0 Augusta on a lot of our lines. It'll help distinguish local metro lines from long distance rails.

Thanks to Lukas, Young Nerd, Arad, Serra, and all the other people helping make the metro possible. It's only a bit of work to get the lines all open, and we can ride almost anywhere in town in short time. Contact me if you are interested in making this happen.
