So I have finally attained a Hero Streamstone Sword after an obscene number of tempered Nergigante (or as my hunting group calls him NerdSlayer) and Vaal Hazak hunts. As this is my second Hero Streamstone after 300 hours I must offer praise to RNGESUS for his gift (fucking finally ya gibbering little melynx). I have both decided that I want to use it to augment Purgation's Atrocity, does anyone have any suggestions on which Augment to go with? I am currently (and will likely continue) running an augmented Vaal/Damascus armor build with slotted recovery up and defense jewels, and running 5 earplugs. My gut is saying to go with the Health Regen augment but I haven't actually seen it in game so I'm a little wary. Does anyone have any thoughts on the matter?

Tldr: wanna augment a big bad greatsword, which augment should I use. I run immortality build for no cart during hunts.
