So first off I’ve watched all Monk seasons about 4 times, one being as they were first aired. Absolutely love the show and I always look forward to when I want to rewatch them. However there is one thing that bugs me about the show.....why do so many of the cases some how get tied to Monk, Sharona, Nathalie, or other side characters either directly or indirectly? To know a small group of people are tied to that many murders is so bizarre. I know it’s for character development or to keep others more involved, but dang. For example, Nathalies brother, Monks dad and brothers, Sharonas uncle, Julie (twice in a way), Captains wife and girlfriend, etc. I see why a lot would be close to Monk but he often comes in contact with a victim or person of interest randomly.

Just a thought if anyone else was annoyed by it. Not that I would want it to change
