How to deal with Tracer?

Hey guys so I’m a recent Plat player on PC, been in the slow grind and I’ve become really comfortable with Moira. But there are still a few match ups I seem to struggle with.

Tracer seems to be a big one. I seem to find myself in games sometimes where I just can’t finish off a Tracer in our back line and have people saying “Moira why can’t you kill her, you don’t even have to aim”. If my eyes rolled any harder I’d fall on the floor. I find Moira’s damage not to be enough to finish her quickly, good Tracers will blink away or recall and keep antagonizing our back line.

Any good tips on how to kill a pesky Tracer?
