"Kia ora. Today, I will be announcing the membership of the /u/Fresh3001 Ministry and other pertinent details regarding the formation of the new government.

"The allocation of portfolios between parties will not be news to most, as they were previously outlined in the coalition agreement which I released yesterday. However, today I will reveal the specific allocation of those portfolios. I will become the Prime Minister and will return as Health Minister, alongside the Associate Finance portfolio. I intend to continue with the reforms of our health system which I started two terms ago, and I would like to have a hand in implementing ACT's tax plan, while not being overburdened by the weight of two major portfolios and the Premiership. /u/NinjjaDragon will become the Deputy Prime Minister, and will hold the portfolios of Education and Māori Affairs.

"Outside of myself and /u/NinjjaDragon, the /u/Fresh3001 Ministry will contain 7 Ministers and another Minister outside of Cabinet. /u/TheOWOTriangle has elected to remain outside of Cabinet to retain a level of independence, and will be the Minister of Culture. My Deputy Leader, /u/Mattsthetic will hold the Foreign Affairs and Infrastructure portfolios. I will work alongside Finance Minister /u/ToastinRussian, who is National's Deputy Leader. The remaining ACT caucus members in cabinet are /u/HungGarRebel as Minister of Justice and Defence, /u/TheMontyJohnson as Minister of Business, and /u/BellmanTGM as Minister of Internal Affairs. The two remaining National Party MPs, /u/dyljam and /u/Kingethan15, will hold the Environment and Social Development, and Primary Industries and Regions portfolios respectively.

"The incoming government's nominee for Speaker of the House shall be /u/Hobocop04. /u/Hobocop04 is a diligent and hard-working MP who will serve Parliament well in this role once he is elected. I would also like to note, contrary to what the leader of the Reform Party has stated, I never reached out to her in order to appoint her as Speaker, nor did I ever invite her to be a part of this government. Whether the Reform Party leader intended to be misleading or whether she was simply mistaken, the comments made were simply untrue and while she is not obligated to make one, I would appreciate a retraction."
