Madam Speaker,
I move, that this House:
Expresses it’s sincerest condolences to the people of Niue on the death of Hon. Sir Toke Talagi KNZM, Fifth Premier of Niue;
Acknowledges his efforts to represent the interests of the people of Niue and defending their interests in the strongest of manners;
Sympathises with his Family and Friends for this great loss;
Commends his long service as Premier of Niue; and
Acknowledges that a true Son of the Pacific was lost recently, and that he has now taken his place at his God’s right hand.
