KiwiAnimations appears to a group of University of Auckland students from the Engineering Faculty. Seeing the gathered students, he almost chickens out before remembering that Gregor knows where he lives and the locations of his wife and kids. KiwiAnimations takes the gamble and goes into the stage.

"Hello my name is KiwiAnimations and I have had the honour to be here today representing the ACT Party to speak to you intelligent students who represent our next generation. I'm a proud Engineer and come from a background which uses that skills daily and that is why I am here today to tell you about all the ways which the ACT Party represents the party of the student.

The ACT Party has been at the forefront calling for an efficient universal Guaranteed Minimum Income to cut through the waste of the welfare system and get money into the hands of Kiwis down on their luck. While we want to reform the policy and see more rewards given to those who work on welfare, the Government has ensured that students will be able to access this essential income. If your struggling right now then you can receive a $325 payment weekly to help you meet your weekly costs and pay rent at the first of the month. It was our Budget which delivered that and while other Government parties might brag it is their achievement it was our Budget which was written by ACT Party members which saw the change achieved. It's good that we don't have to worry about money on top of quizzes or bridge building assignments!"

This gets a laugh from the crowd

"The next policy which I'm proud of achieving is working to build new train lines and put all of you civic engineers to work. With our new transport plans and rail plans in Auckland, ACT makes it easier to travel into the city to come to University or even down south if you feel like it. Areas which were not serviced with rail previously include the West and those areas now will have light rail and rapid transport networks connecting to Henderson which connects to University. The building of new stations will cut down train travel time and make the train and bus the best way to get to University quickly. This will also ensure that you have jobs now and out of University since these projects need engineers."

The crowd mutters their approval at this, especially at the prospect of new jobs

"Finally the ACT Party has delivered something which no one other party said they'd do and no other party plans to do. ACT is the only party who said that we would reduce the debt and we've done so. Now you will not have to pay in increased taxes in the future when other Governments spend out of control. We did this while still achieving economic growth and giving you tax cuts.

ACT is the party giving our nation a future and is the party which students can trust to deliver for them. I urge you to go out there and vote two ticks ACT at the ballot box when your going to vote!"

The crowd approves of the speech and many students speak to KiwiAnimations afterwards thanking him for the speech and saying they will now think of voting ACT.
