Single player versions of random TP and set home? (1.14)

Hi all, I've extensively googled these and a either finding plugins for servers or outdated/confusing mods.

I'm playing SP survival mode and I guess I've been spoiled by the server I play MP on because I am really missing these two commands. A command to teleport randomly around the map (to find new biomes etc) and a command to set a home (single or multiple) for easy traveling back to base or other locations.

I'm new to Minecraft so I'm not sure if server plugins can be used in single player survival/creative so I didn't want to attempt it and risk messing things up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
