Needing advice, while I was out, i got a call from my landlord saying come home now; your apartment has water all over. I get home and when I walk on my carpet, the water rises above my feet. I have a one bdrm, so it was water everywhere, even in my closet. The toilet angle iron came off somehow, and they said it wasn't my fault. I called USAA and opened a claim. Many of my things got damaged, some of my cords and electronics purses got destroyed. And the Rep said I need to have receipts of everything so I can claim them. But how? I don't have any after all this time? I could use advice.
