Hello, i have microsoft word and other microsoft applications for free as it is through my school, i access them through my email.. however i notice these 2 super annoying glitches

1) when i try to open a new document, sometimes ill have to press it 10 times for it to finally open (says pop up window is blocked) but i keep fixing it and it keeps happening

2) when i am typing/copying and pasting something and i try to backspace, the letters start to get cut off and the formatting starts to change, i might not be explaining this well but i believe you guys know what im talking about if you're super familiar with Word.

I have a Mac and i access it through Safari.
