So I recently bought a all in one hash rosin vape from lume. The RIP. Didn’t hit hardly at all tasted like burn terps. I called back in and was treated like a complete liar by Colton. He was a total asshole. He tries to tell me that’s how it supposed to work and offers me nothing. Says to hit it a few times to warm it up? Are you stupid Colton? It’s already burnt terps, but I’m supposed to hit it 3-4 times before I actually get a good hit? How stupid is this dude. Anyway I will never give Lume another penny. Lume in Coldwater plz do better or don’t. Either way I’m done. Hopefully this will reach someone….. hell maybe even Colton. Do better!!!!
