A buyer lied and said that my item wasn't clean or packaged well in their review after telling me that they understand that an issue they had is not my fault to trick me into writing a positive review for them while they did the opposite to me. I keep photos and videos of my items as insurance. I told and proved to Mercari the buyer lied, but they protected the buyer and said that there is nothing they can do about the review or buyer. I guess after Mercari gets their fees they don't care about anything else. Its fine if the buyer writes how they feel but its wrong to lie about the condition of the item and write negative things that are not true or ever even mentioned to me. I think they were trying to get my item for free even though I had already accepted their deeply discounted offer in the beginning. I know hurt people hurt people, but its so cruel and evil. Mercari just keeps telling me to feel better and that I'm an awesome seller to appease me, but won't actually address the issue. They are letting bad dishonest people get away scot-free. Has anybody else experienced this?
I had someone leave me a 3 star on some shoes. They said I put 9in womenโs when even in the title it said men size.
I give up lol.
