A lot of advices that I saw on the internet is to improve your mental health is to change your environment, but unfortunately for me ang environment na nakakapagtrigger sakin is my own home (for more context, i live in an abusive household and controlling relatives) Since college student palang ako at walang means to live on my own, I am forced to stay at home usually kapag may pasok nakakalabas naman ako pero ngayong summer vacation and wala ring income, sa bahay lang ako and grabe ang pagkalala ng mental state ko and I am getting more depressed as time goes by. I have random breakdowns in the middle of the day or kaya naman asa kwarto lang ako nagkukulong tas umiiyak. :(((
