Post Body

Hi all,

So, I'll provide a bit of background to my situation... without making it overly long.

I believe my first trip to the doctors surgery was in 2015... I came over with vertigo that seemed to be primarily positional. When I turned my head to the left or right the vertigo would be intensified. Since then, I have had periodic bouts of vertigo, all of which are typically made worse by my position (laying down is always worse). Recently it has been happening every couple of weeks/months. It normally lasts a day, I feel it coming on, and then once I've slept, it mostly goes away but the 'giddy' feeling can remain for a few days.

I do have a deviated septum (right side) which causes problems with ear fullness on the blocked side... mainly because my septum causes the effect of holding my nose and allows my eardrum to move when breathing normally.

I have a mild tinnitus in my left ear (not the deviated septum side) that is pretty quiet, and I can only hear it in total silence... I also think I have minor hearing loss in that side.

For reference, I'm 25, asthmatic, mostly healthy (quit smoking 3 years ago). Let me know if any other information is required!

Thanks all.
