Post Body
My first truck I've ever owned. Got it today. 200k miles. Has been well maintained. I'm not very mechanically inclined to say the least. Can someone tell me everything I should to do to maintain my truck and keep it in good condition? Also, it says it recommends 5w-30 oil, but I've heard that 5w-20 motorcraft synthetic is best?
Also, what are some upgrades I could/should make on it ?
