the secret to a good compliment is something that is noticeable AND (most importantly) on purpose
earrings, jacket, nail polish, tattoos, all things people have complete control over
and it doesn't have to be elaborate, just a simple 'wow i love your earrings' or something like that can make someones day
once you start it gets so much easier
