Should I buy a Mini Cooper?

I figure this question is asked a lot, but I’m looking to buy my first car and thought the MINI Cooper looked nice. When it comes to car buying my biggest things are

-price -reliability -cost of repair

Ideally I’ll buy a used model with less than 70k miles on it, and use it only as well a car, so commenting to and from work (about 3-4hrs a day), chores, and just typical car use. No speeding/racing or anything crazy like that

Coming from actually owners of the car would it fit my requirements or are there big draw back to vehicle I should be aware of?
