Hello, I’m BHjr132 and I’m your local Liberal Democrat candidate. The Liberal Democrats are the best option outside of the two party system that is plaguing our politics. We want to build a union of equals, and I will fight for a liberal future for Scotland if elected. We want to ensure all Scots have access to a high standard of healthcare, and we will ensure mental health is taken seriously and support initiatives to raise awareness about early screening options for cancer. We will reduce strain on road infrastructure and reduce Scotland’s emissions by making public transport and cycling viable alternatives to traditional transport. We will future-proof our energy system by banning fracking, investing in renewables, and supporting thorium nuclear energy in plants it is safe in.
