A poll for BBC Scotland asked 1001 Electors the following question on the 27th of May 2020
At the next Scottish Parliament General Election, which party will you vote for on the regional list?
The polling has a 3% margin of error.
Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party: 48.38% ( 0.97%)
Scottish Labour: 30.82% (-2.25%)
Scottish Libertarians: 11.47% ( 0.58%)
Scottish Liberal Democrats: 4.34% ( 1.22%)
People's Unionist Party: 0.66% (-0.65%)
Scottish Socialist Party (TPM): 1.73% ( 0.21%)
Scottish Reformists: 2.37% ( 1.79%)
New Britain: 0.73% ( 0.12%)
Explanations
Tories having an excellent week overall, good press work and strong activity in the chamber lends itself well.
Labour had a difficult week. A not insignificant reduction in activity coupled with considerable bad press re: the Anglophobia motion causes their fall.
LPUK having quite a good week, around average overall.
Lib Dems had a strong week of activity in Parliament, main advice would be to couple with some press in the future weeks and months.
TPM enjoy increase, possibly off the back of Labour losses, some improvement in activity also.
Scottish Reformists doing well, some good press work coupled with increased activity in Parliament.
New Britain continue (small) gains.
Negligible activity from the PUP
