Hey guys going to be rolling with my girlfriend and it's her first time, so I just wanted to make it as safe as possible, here is what I had planned
250 ml Gatorade / 250 ml ice water (rotate between each every hour)
we're going to be in our house so no excessive physical activity or shit like that, but what temp do u guys normally like the room? I was planning to set it to 65-70f
I bought 2 roll kits for the each of us
tested my mdma with a fent/amphetamine test kit (could it have other shit?)
any things other than this you guys can recommend? we have music setup, tv and nice lights pls just share u recommendations for the best experience or harm reduction ♥♥
