When to try again if it didn’t work

I have a question I hope someone can answer. I posted a little while back about mdma not working because I had taken diazepam,lorazepam and seroquel before it. I tried again 14 days later but it still didn’t work. I’m guessing it hadn’t had enough time to leave my system? My question is when should I try again? I was hoping to try again in about 6 weeks. I feel that because it didn’t fully work then my serotonin should be ok?
