Driver told me he wasn’t coming so I cancelled. Got charged $5 and Lyft won’t let me dispute it. What can I do?
Post Body

I called a Lyft from the airport and almost immediately got a phone call from the driver telling me he wasn’t coming because there’s was too much traffic in the terminals and he would waste time. (Why even accept the ride in the first place?)

I waited a few mins for him to cancel but he never did. I cancelled so I could call for another ride since I didn’t have all day to wait around for him to cancel.

Now I have been charged a $5 fee and the app won’t let me dispute it saying that it’s been applied correctly. This is bullshit. How can I get my $5 back?
