I’m a new hire at Lowe’s my first day was yesterday and all I did was follow my DS around while we stacked and organized mulch in the parking lot. I used my Zebra maybe twice to help customers locate items. It was a closing shift but since I’m not certified to work any sort of powered equipment I just stood there and watched a guy put stuff in top stock. What exactly do I do at this job? Apparently the organization of mulch is rare so not exactly a good intro to the average work day. What should I expect? Tips? Tricks? Comments? Concerns? Anything?
I genuinely have a rough idea but when I’m not stacking mulch or spotting am I just to wander around or what?
