Cappie sighs as he nods his head and sits down on the stoop.

You know what? I'm going to be honest. I'm so tired. I feel like I've been chipping away at making some sort of epic come back right? I say you know this is a new Cappie a more focused one. Then I go on a hot streak and then something always happens you know? For so long I tried to be things I wasn't. I was a Big Dawg, a Rainmaker, then a lunatic and finally a bro. Now? I'm just a guy that needs to prove he still belongs at the top of the card.

Let's be honest do you remember the last ppv I was booked on? TLC 2020 the last one before that? Not for over a year. I said I was going to take back my spot as world champion and it feels like there's just some kind of hump I can't get over. Something that no matter how much I try I can't just get over that hump. I didn't know what it was.

Cappie stares off to the side as its clear he's contemplating what his future holds. Finally after a second he looks back at the camera and nods his head.

So that's why I asked for this match come Friday JJ. I guess when you think of it you're my white whale. I guess that makes me Captain Ahab. Either way JJ I know chances are you're not going to take this match seriously come Friday. Why would you right? This is just another match you're booked on and you'll be back on a ppv in no time. That's where this is different. If I don't beat you I don't know what I'm going to do. How many more times can I just keep riding the tide. I don't know but I can say I'm going to give this Friday my all, and then Sunday? I'm winning the chamber match and I'm going to Wrestlemania.

Cappie stood up as he looks at the camera now putting his hands in his pockets.
