LPT: Don’t accept longterm definite job contracts
Post Flair (click to view more posts with a particular flair)
Post Body
I have 9 months left and for many reasons I wish I could leave right now.
One job I had applied to offered a 4 YEAR definite contract and also asked me if I planned to have kids (is that allowed? They were women too).
If I leave now I’ll have to pay the employer half of the remaining salary I would’ve made.
