Drug free over 1 year

Have been trying to get quotes on insurance and most ask “if drugs have been used within the last 10 years” ive been drug free for over 1 year and even before then i used cocaine on seldom occasions. Should i click on yes? Can they actually fond out if someone did a bump over 1 year ago? Please help! TIA!
