For those who also experiencing not working Dolby for Bluetooth or USB Audio and have already paid extension
Post Body

By default, if your laptop goes with any sort of dolby audio printed on it, you could use dolby audio or dolby audio for gaming apps, or could download dolby access app. However, it works by default only for built-in speakers and 3.5mm connected headphones. But for evertyhing other than that, if you've ever tried tuning settings in access app, you'd notice they actually done nothing, and audio/for gaming apps shown prompt to use jack connection. So, after 3 hours of digging in this shitty situation I've found this:

  1. Dolby Access app has some extra items not found on other PCs or before all drivers completely installed - Dynamic profile, More settings on the bottom and "professionally tuned for Lenovo" on bottom right - https://i.imgur.com/hPCuAR1.jpeg
  2. Without those shitty extras Dolby works as should for everything, except built-in speakers spatial sound setting in Windows settings - https://i.imgur.com/IfZREOP.jpeg, plus dolby audio/for gaming apps do not work, so they're intended to work with these extras only
  3. So, basically, something works in background to make Dolby recognise license for Lenovo speakers jack and its tuning and make extras appear
  4. And after hours of reinstalling drivers I've found the culprit - service named "Dolby DAX API Service"
  5. So, if you stop this service, all dolby apps will crash, but access app can be open back and wow, no extras in it - https://i.imgur.com/Lihg5nj.jpeg. So, if you disable dolby for usb/bluetooth device, reconnect it and enable back, everything works, you'll hear difference when changing profiles and notice better sound in most cases

However, this is very shitty workaround. You can try disabling Automatic startup for the service, but you'll lose dolby for built-in speakers, so be mindful and start service back if you need it. In conclusion, I can say that it's very poor side from lenovo dolby support and we are forced to stick with one of two sides - built-in dolby for speakers jack only or paid extensions for other devices, and with this poor support, first one completely breaks the second. Btw I hope this information would help someone and will reach Lenovo so they can do something. Or Dolby, if this issue is on their side
