(Scotland) transfer of property and would this constitue tax evasion?

As I understand it, the purchase of six or more properties in one single transaction is exempt from the LBTT ADS (https://revenue.scot/taxes/land-buildings-transaction-tax/legislation-guidance/lbtt10001-lbtt-additional-dwelling-supplement/lbtt10040-exemptions-reliefs-ads).

Say I owned three properties, and a family member gifted me three properties, I would then have six properties.

Then, say I sold all six properties to my limited company, my limited company, per the link above, would be exempt from paying the ADS.

This all seems to be within the law, but seems like a loophole. Can anyone confirm this is not likely to be tax evasion?
