Requested mortgage redemption statement - am I bound to it?

Post Body

Frantic googling isn't helping so here I am.

I'm planning on re-mortgaging at some point in the not too distant future. So I thought I'd see what the charges would be and, therefore, went and requested a redemption statement from my mortgage provider.

It reads like I'm bound/committed to paying off my mortgage at the end of next month (which I don't want to do).

Am I bound to paying this? Or is it purely informative and, if I don't pay, the statement will just cancel itself?

Thanking you
