Wishing to Avoid CV Fraud (Scotland)

Post Body

Good afternoon,

I'm aware that telling porky pies on a CV is considered fraud by false representation, but I cannot find specifics of this.

Within the company I work for, people are often given development opportunities. I'm currently standing-in on a higher grade position when needed, whilst also covering this position on a rotation (when someone in that job is being developed in another role). When covering or standing-in, I receive an uplift in my pay.

So, although this is only development and I'm still employed in my core role, since I'm being paid for this work, am I able to list the position as a separate entry in my CV (albeit listed as cover)? Or must I include it within my current core role bit of my CV so it doesn't become misrepresentation.

FWIW, I don't see anything becoming misleading, but having the higher grade position as a separate entry makes it easier to see where the experience within that role started.

Many thanks!
