Is it possible the more effective build for Lucian may change in the tank meta?

I haven't done any math yet or game testing, as I've had school and a video project I'm working on.

Maybe something like,

IE, Bortk, PD, LW, Zerkers, QSS/mercurials

The idea is to keep his early powerspike that he gets with the IE, and the add in the bortk for additionally tank killing power/kiting ability. The main downside I can see is that BT offers more protection and life steal which Lucian loves considering his low aa range. Also the build order would be a disaster, IE->zerks zeal->Cutlass->PD->LW->bortk->qss somewhere in the mean time.

Theoretically could adding in Shiv over PD be better to add magic damage on top of the physical and %health?
