Case Digest and Reading Opinion Question.
Post Body

  1. In digesting a case, is it wrong to only write the facts, issue, and ruling that reflects the topic sa syllabus?

In most cases kasi, it does not only revolve sa topic sa syllabus eh. And even the issue isn’t explicitly written there reflecting the topic sa syllabus.

Im hesitant kasi other might expects for me to summarize the case as it is regardless of the topic sa syllabus eh.

Also, 2. When do you read other judge’s opinion? Are there clues na masasama sa discussion/question ni prof yung opinions?
