[Landlord] [GA] Started eviction process multiple times when rent was late. Management company uses a service, totalling about $350. Tenant ended up paying and we stopped eviction proceedings. Can the $350 be withheld from the deposit when they move out?

Looking at the Landlord/Tenant handbook it only talks about unpaid rent, physical damage, unpaid utilities, etc.

It makes sense that we can't withhold that amount when they move out since it was our decision to keep the tenant when they finally paid their rent, but I wanted to see if anyone here has experience with this.

Update - We had the management company bill the tenant for the costs which were included in the lease, and the tenant paid.
