Need a ballpark range in stall rpm I should be running.

Car weighs 2 tons, rear end most likely geared at 2.73 but will be replaced with 3.27s or thereabouts in the future. Bone stock 4.8 with a turbo limited by the carb to 600 crank hp. Car is primarily built for the strip, but It gets driven to the track, not trailered, so I need something somewhat reasonable for that along with the occasional Sunday drive for ice-cream.

EDIT: trans is a th350, 28" tall rear tire.
